Bio:

Born in Manhattan, NY, Nicole Sullivan began taking dance classes at age 7 and performed in Broadway and Off Broadway productions with the First All-children’s Theater. After graduating high school as class valedictorian, she attended Northwestern University as a theatre major, spending her junior year in London studying at the British American Drama Academy. Sullivan graduated Northwestern with honors, then moved to Los Angeles before getting sporadic guest-starring roles on televsion.

Sullivan is best known for her six seasons on the sketch comedy series MADtv and five seasons on the CBS sitcom The King of Queens. She currently plays the lead role in the Lifetime TV show Rita Rocks. A talented voice actress, she currently voices the character of Marlene in Nickelodeon's new series, The Penguins of Madagascar.
