Your Band’s Chance to Be Heard!

NAMM would like to thank everyone for their submissions. Please note we are no longer accepting applications, as we're now nearing the voting stage of the competition.

The top 15 finalists will be announced and voting will begin on November 21. To cast your daily vote for the Best Band in Texas, simply VOTE HERE every day through January 31. Not only can you help your favorite band win one of the top six slots at the finals, you could win one of six prizes in the voter's sweepstakes.

The top six finalists will each win gift cards to purchase new gear and equipment for their band, AND their schools will also receive funding to buy needed equipment for their school music programs. In addition, the winning band will have a chance to perform LIVE at the SchoolJam Germany finals in Frankfurt next April.

Glory of Joann, the Winners of the 2007 SchooJam Germany program traveled to Nashville, TN where they had the opportunity to perform in front of hundreds of people at the opening party of Summer NAMM (the music products industry’s summer trade show). The guys were able to check out the downtown Nashville area and immerse themselves in some US culture.

In the United States, NAMM has partnered with Texas Music Educators Association (TMEA) to develop SchoolJam Texas in conjunction with SchoolJam.
