I have loved music since I was a young boy. I played drums in high school prior going into the army. Then while I was over seas, I had a friend and we played country music all over Europe. That's when I learned the guitar. Many years ago when I met my wife, we began going to church and for the last 20 years I've played gospel music.

jameslholt : You are Never to Old to Play

While I have always enjoyed music of all kinds, rock music is what I really love - from Elvis to the Beatles to Zepplin and now the Black Keys. However, the idea that I could actually play music did not take root until I attended the Experience museum in Seattle. There I entered several of the booths and took a hands on tutorial on the bass, guitar, keyboards and drums.

As a kid I was Fascinated by the recordings of Jerry Murad and the "Harmonicats".

If someone had said,"In the future, you will become close friends with the man who wrote most of the arrangements for the Harmonicats" I wouldn't have believed it.

My name is Connor Solomon, I am almost 19 years old. The best feeling in life is making other people laugh, smile, or especially cry in happiness. I heard my first Elvis Presley album when I was 12 years old, and before that time I always wanted to be in the military.

Dominic Poitra : A Living Miracle

My name is Dominic Jeromy Poitra. I am 17 years old and I am a Trumpeter. There have been many events in my life that have plagued or prohibited me from doing things that the majority of kids would be able to do. I was born with club-foot and later on developed arthritis in both left and right ankles.

whitestone : My little story about music

It probably began during my preschool years. Mom had top 40 radio on all day and the hits at the time were pretty unique. Songs penned by Burt Bacharach, Jimmy Webb & Donovan were falling out of the sky like it was easy. Apparently, I had a thing for Petula Clark too. I like to think it was imprinted on me then. Thanks Mom!
